The input module allows participating organisations to register attendance figures. After the user has logged in, the ‘Input module’ menu option is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. The participating organisation may have received an invitation via email that contains a direct link to the input module.

Participating organisations can use the input module to register the monthly attendance figures for a certain year. The attendance figures must be entered as whole numbers in the narrow input line in the table, not in the large text box to the lower-left of the image. Comments relating to the figures per month can be entered in this text box. For example: Closed for half a month due to renovations.

If a Partner is unable to enter figures for a particular month (for example, due to temporary closure), a ‘0’ should not be entered. Instead, the field should be left empty and a comment entered into the text box.

Note! It is vital that the user clicks the ‘save’ button after entering figures and comments. Once the data is successfully saved, the following confirmation message will be displayed: ‘The changes have been successfully entered in the Tourism Barometer’.
